Support CBO & Drive Business Execution, acting as a direct extension of the CBO, leading and supporting strategic business initiatives from conception through to completion. Drive execution and performance management across all business and revenue teams. Establish and manage the rhythm of business for commercial teams, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Define, track, and analyze key business metrics and KPIs, providing actionable insights to drive performance and strategic decisions.

Support high-priority initiatives across the organization, manage the full lifecycle of strategic projects—including planning, tracking progress, and identifying roadblocks—as well as producing high-quality internal and external deliverables. The ideal candidate will have strong financial modeling and data analysis skills, and will contribute market intelligence to inform strategic decision-making.

Drive the growth and success of our rapidly growing Care Navigator Team (CNT). Partner with leadership on strategic expansion into new service areas to support Lyra’s growing member base. Conduct complex data analysis to understand context and generate organizational insights. Communicate findings and recommended solutions to senior leadership and cross-functional partners and own the planning, management and execution of key strategic projects.

Monitor Fiat payment flows to detect and analyze discrepancies, and investigate root causes of anomalies. Design, build, and maintain a robust data dashboard to track the performance of Fiat payment channels. Assist in managing relationships with existing banking and payment partners. Contribute to the rollout of new business initiatives related to Fiat operations.

Provide pivotal strategic leadership and project management for cross-functional initiatives, shaping the future of all modalities within the organization. Spearhead the development of robust business cases that inform critical strategic and investment decisions, directly influencing the long-term objectives of the Process, Operations, and Technology Leadership Team (PO&T LT). This role is central to advancing new modality propositions and ensuring the financial and operational efficiency of our manufacturing network.

Working in the Office of the CEO, the Strategy Analyst will support high-priority transformation initiatives, aiding Aledade’s performance and growth. This role focuses on scaling value-based care insights into partner practice EHR workflows, supporting projects spanning analytics, tool deployment, adoption, impact evaluation, and operations. The team member will partner with internal business intelligence, field, and practice engagement teams, contributing to Aledade’s strategic efforts.
